Dr. Sophia Lalani

Dr. Sophia Lalani is a Toronto-based endodontist with a passion for exceptional patient care and advancing the standard of root canal treatment.

Dr. Lalani completed both her DMD and specialty training in Endodontics at Boston University, where she was inducted into the OKU National Dental Honor Society. She holds Fellowship in the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. Before dentistry, she earned a degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University with a minor in Business Management - a foundation that informs her analytical, systems-thinking approach to clinical practice.

A respected voice in the profession, Dr. Lalani has served as President of the Ontario Society of Endodontics and currently chairs the ODA Endodontics Fee Guide Committee. She is a former clinical instructor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry and continues to teach through hands-on continuing education programs for general dentists - simplifying endodontics and helping clinicians deliver more predictable, efficient treatment.

When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Lalani enjoys playing hockey, travelling with her family, and staying active.
